Miss Universe Vietnam 2018, H’Hen Niê

John Robert Powers – Ho Chi Minh City School graduate, H’Hen Niê, reached top 5 finalists in the recent Miss Universe 2018 competition held last December 17, 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. H’Hen Niê was chosen among 80 contestants from all over the world who competed in the final event and was supported whole heartedly by her country. Among her supporters was John Robert Power’s International Franchisee, Vo Thi Xuan Trang who was in Bangkok at that time to cheer on her student.

From humble beginnings, H’Hen Niê bravely followed her dreams despite her cultural and economic circumstances, proving to anyone that with grit, passion and hard work, anyone can achieve their dreams. At present, H’Hen Niê continues to become an inspiration to her people by supporting local community driven projects and supporting relevant advocacies such as women empowerment and education.
